What to include if the issue continues

Write one short account: what the device did, when it first happened, and the result of any check already completed from the matching instructions. Include the exact light or display message. “The screen stays on but the mist stops” is more useful than “it is broken.”

You do not need to recreate a fault to make a video. Use observations you already have.

When to stop checking

If liquid reaches the main unit or power connection, or a part is cracked, stop and use leak and damage guidance. Do not open the housing or repeatedly restart a damaged device.

For the result of an interrupted treatment, contact your healthcare professional. Visible mist and display information cannot confirm how much medicine was delivered.
