Who these terms apply to
NOIQUE CO. LLC operates Kinmilu and kinmilu.com. These terms cover use of our website, its shopping and information services, and orders placed directly with us. The store is hosted on Shopify. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Using the website
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate order, contact, payment and shipping details, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not place fraudulent orders, use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or information without permission.
Product details and health information
Check the exact model, selected package, included accessories and instructions before buying or using a device. Similar-looking products or accessories are not necessarily interchangeable. Follow the instructions supplied with your device and ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability, medication compatibility or treatment questions.
Our guides, comparisons and support content provide general product information. They are not individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Kinmilu is a home-health product and information brand, not a clinic or clinical certification body. These terms do not promise a medical outcome or create an additional product warranty.
Prices, payments and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Before paying, review the selected model and package, quantity, discounts, applicable taxes, shipping and total. Payment methods and delivery availability are shown at checkout.
Prices and availability can change before an order is placed. If a material listing error occurs or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about a resolution. We will not substitute a different item or apply an extra charge without your agreement. A cancellation or refund of an accepted order will follow the applicable policy and your statutory rights.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
The Shipping policy is the main source for destinations, charges, processing and transit estimates. The Return and refund policy explains the refund-request window, eligibility, optional returns and timing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us promptly if an order needs attention.
For a warranty issue, check the warranty documents supplied with the specific purchase and provide the order reference and full model code. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that apply by law.
