NOIQUE CO. LLC, operating Kinmilu (“we”, “us” or “our”), is responsible for the personal information we process through kinmilu.com, including shopping, guides and customer support. Shopify hosts our store. This notice explains what information is handled, why it is used, who receives it and how to exercise your choices.
Information we handle
- Contact and order details: your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order references, selected products, purchases and refund or delivery records.
- Payment information: transaction, payment-method and payment-status information needed to process an order. Payment credentials are handled through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout; do not send card numbers in a support message.
- Account information: account identifiers and settings if you use a customer account.
- Support correspondence: the questions, model details, order information and other material you choose to share with us.
- Technical and usage information: browser and device information, IP address, cookie or similar identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with our store, subject to applicable privacy choices.
We receive information directly from you, from your browser or device, and from providers involved in hosting, payments, delivery or customer support. Information that has been de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify you is not personal information under this notice.
Why we use information
We use information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, keep shopping and account functions working, provide tracking and support, handle refund requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security, understand site use and meet legal obligations. We use your order contact details for necessary order and service messages.
If you choose to receive marketing communications, you can withdraw that choice using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order or service communications.
Where European or UK data-protection rules apply, the basis for processing depends on the purpose: fulfilling a contract or taking steps you request before a purchase; complying with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the store, subject to your rights; or consent where required, including for relevant cookies and marketing.
Cookies, analytics and your preferences
Shopify uses cookies and similar technology for functions such as shopping, checkout, security and remembering privacy choices. Optional uses are controlled through the store’s privacy tools and applicable settings. Open Cookie settings in the website footer to review or change your choices. Where we ask for consent, you can decline or withdraw it.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and page use. Our Google Analytics integration follows Shopify’s Analytics permission and does not load when that permission is denied. It removes query strings and URL fragments from the page addresses it sends and does not send support-form contents, search terms or account identifiers. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration. Google receives technical and usage information when the tag is permitted to run and handles it under its own policies. Some Shopify features involve separate processing described below. Choosing not to allow optional cookies does not stop information needed to provide an order, a service you request or essential site security.
Shopify and other recipients
We share information with providers when needed for their services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment and delivery providers, customer-support and technical service providers, and Google for permitted analytics. Information may also be disclosed when you ask us to share it, to comply with law or lawful requests, to obtain professional advice, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or transfer, subject to applicable law.
Shopify also provides enhanced features that may use information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to improve services and support personalized experiences and advertising. For processing where Shopify acts independently, Shopify is responsible for its handling of the information and applicable rights requests. Depending on where you live, some disclosures for cross-context advertising may be considered a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under privacy law. You can use our data-sharing opt-out page to exercise the relevant choice. Where supported and required, Shopify applies a recognized Global Privacy Control signal to the browser or device sending it and, where it can associate the signal with an account, to that account. Other browser “Do Not Track” signals may not be recognized.
Support information and children
Our support service is for product and order questions. Please share only the information needed to resolve your enquiry. Do not send prescriptions, medication details, diagnoses or other private health information through ordinary support messages. We do not offer medical consultations through this website.
The website and its purchasing services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age at which they can legally consent or use the service in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of people under 16. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information can contact us to request appropriate action.
Retention, security and international processing
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing an order or support service, maintaining required business records, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. The period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements.
We use safeguards appropriate to our services, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Keep account access secure and avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email or support forms.
Shopify, Google and other providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where European or UK transfer rules apply, relevant transfers rely on recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or applicable standard contractual clauses, as appropriate.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, receive it in a portable form, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
Use the privacy controls linked above or contact info@kinmilu.com. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. If you appoint an authorized agent, we may need evidence of that authority and verification as permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If you disagree with our response, contact us to request a review or appeal where available. You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location. For information Shopify processes independently, its Privacy Portal provides the corresponding request process.
