If the print is too small, enlarge a photo of the whole page or zoom an existing digital copy. Keep the diagram labels and nearby warnings visible. If one step still does not make sense, send its page number and the specific instruction you need explained.
The print is too small or a video moves too fast
- Use a still view. Photograph the whole booklet page in even light, with the camera square to the page. Enlarge it in your phone’s photo viewer. For a digital document, use its zoom control.
- Keep the complete instruction together. Include the diagram, numbered step and nearby warning. A cropped button or sentence may omit the condition that explains it.
- Identify the point you cannot follow. Write the page and heading, for example “cleaning mode, step 2.” For a video, record the link and time where the action becomes unclear.
If the original is still unreadable, request a readable copy or a written explanation of that step. State the language and format you need. A request does not depend on having an order number.
Make sure the page belongs to your device
Compare the full model on the cover or applicability list with the label on the device. Keep any suffix and booklet edition. Then check whether the cup connection, power connection and controls in the drawing match what you can see.
If they differ, describe the mismatch once: “The guide shows two front buttons; my unit has one.” Use device identification only if the label or version remains unclear.
Ask for the missing action, not another general guide
