Start with the package on your order: a single device with extra accessories and a two-device kit contain different quantities. Medication and solution are not included. Set out the listed equipment first, then use the supplied preparation and assembly instructions.

Check what arrived

  1. Read the option on your order. Distinguish “1 device + 2 extra sets” from “2-pack.” Extra masks and mouthpieces do not mean two devices.
  2. Count against that option’s list. Use the product page’s “What’s included” section. Keep a mask already fitted to the device in the count.
  3. Inspect the accessible parts. Note cracks, loose pieces or visible transit damage before assembly.
  4. Keep the packaging if something differs. Use missing-item order help with the item and quantity absent.

Photos may include optional accessories or scene props. Your selected package, rather than every item in a photograph, establishes what was ordered.

Does the box include medication or solution?

No. Medication and solution are not included. The package contains the device and the accessories listed for your selected option. The medicine cup is a device component; its inclusion does not mean it contains medication.

See the complete MY135 contents or MY139 contents, or open your model from the collection. For an earlier order, compare against the package selected on that order.

Questions about which treatment product to use belong with your prescribing professional. Equipment support can clarify parts and instructions; it cannot choose medication or a dose.

Identify the parts in your setup

Handheld mesh devices place the medicine cup on the device body. A tabletop compressor such as CN69 has a separate cup and air tubing. Use the diagram for your exact model to identify which connections belong in your setup.

Locate the first-use preparation, assembly and power instructions. A supplied cable does not establish a charging duration or permission to operate while connected.

Before switching it on

  • Confirm each component using the guide’s names and diagram.
  • Find the permitted power source and start/stop controls.
  • Read the care routine you will need after use.
  • Stop if a connection requires force or a part differs from the diagram.

Keep treatment products separate from equipment. Direct questions about medicine, dose or use for a particular person to the prescribing professional.

If something is unclear

State the last setup step you could follow and the next step that does not match. For example: “The guide shows a separate cup connector, but I cannot identify that part in the box.” Add the full model and selected package.

Use parts help for a missing item or instructions help for an unclear diagram.

Which setup step needs an explanation?

Describe the last step you could follow and the next specific obstacle.

  • Selected package and any item or quantity that differs
  • The first-use page or diagram you are following
  • Last step completed and the next part or action you cannot identify
