Keep the device identity

Save the brand, complete model code and a clear label photograph with the matching instructions. Keep any serial or batch number in your private records. Label the guide with its revision when one is printed.

Remove unrelated personal details

Keep the relevant seller, order reference, date and item visible in a receipt. Hide payment-card numbers, passwords and unrelated purchases. Do not include medical history or prescriptions in a device-support request.
